Management and oversight
The management and oversight structure of RADOV has been developed to ensure optimal co-ordination, effective decision-making and the successful delivery of high quality outputs and is structured as follows:
- Project co-ordinator
- Steering Committee
- Innovation and Quality Managament Board (IQMB)
Project co-ordinator
The co-ordinator is responsible for the overall project co-ordination, serving as the intermediary between the Consortium and the EURATOM Authority, ensuring smooth communication for all project-related matters.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is made up of representatives of all the partners and is responsible for project management and co-ordination activities. The Committee meets regularly to review the project’s tasks, milestones and deliverables.
IQMB
The IQMB is responsible for transfer of know-how to participants, the development of innovative business models and protection of IP. The Board is comprised of industrial partners and the project co-ordinator.
