The project is structured into five work packages (WPs):

WP1: Project management and co-ordination (led by INCT)

WP2: Development of laboratory scale production of irradiated egg products and peptides (led by KTH)

WP3: Development of the egg protein and peptide-containing products (led by UNIPA)

WP4: Scaling-up of the production of peptides and selected products (led by INCT)

WP5: Communication, dissemination and exploitation (led by HUD)
